Product & Listing Matching
For Shopiverb to keep inventory coordinated, the correct Shopify product needs to be connected to the correct Reverb listing.
If something doesn't look right, we'll help you determine what's connected and get it corrected.
Inventory & Sync Issues
If an inventory quantity isn't updating as expected, contact us with as much information as possible.
Providing the product name, SKU, Shopify product, Reverb listing, and a brief description of what happened will help us investigate the issue faster.
