Get Shopiverb Up and Running
Getting started with Shopiverb is simple. Connect your Shopify store and Reverb account, match your inventory, and you're ready to start managing both sales channels through one streamlined workflow.
1. Create Your Shopiverb Account
Choose the Shopiverb plan that's right for your store and create your account.
Once you're signed in, your Shopiverb dashboard will guide you through the setup process.
2. Connect Shopify
Connect your Shopify store and authorize Shopiverb to access the information required to manage your integration.
Your existing Shopify products and orders remain in Shopify—you don't need to rebuild your store or change the way your team works.
3. Connect Reverb
Connect your Reverb account to Shopiverb.
Once connected, Shopiverb can communicate with Reverb to manage your connected listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment, and tracking information.
4. Match Your Products
Connect your Shopify products with their corresponding Reverb listings.
This tells Shopiverb which products belong together and allows inventory to stay synchronized between the two platforms.
5. Start Selling
That's it. Continue selling through Shopify and Reverb as usual.
When a connected item sells, Shopiverb helps keep inventory synchronized between both platforms.
And when an order comes through Reverb, Shopiverb automatically imports it into your Shopify Orders, giving your team one place to process sales.
6. Process, Ship & Track
Process your imported Reverb order directly through Shopify.
Use Shopify's shipping tools and available shipping rates to purchase and print your label. Once the order is fulfilled, Shopiverb sends the tracking information back to the corresponding Reverb order automatically.
Reverb Sale → Shopify Order → Ship Through Shopify → Tracking Back to Reverb
