Shopiverb was created to solve problems we know firsthand.
With more than 30 years of experience in the retail and online musical instrument business, we've seen music retail evolve from traditional brick-and-mortar stores to ecommerce, online marketplaces, and multichannel selling.
We've also experienced the challenges that come with that evolution—listing the same gear across multiple platforms, keeping inventory accurate, managing orders in different places, and repeating the same work just to complete a sale.
That's why we built Shopiverb.
We Know the Problem
Selling on both Shopify and Reverb is a powerful combination for music retailers, but managing two sales channels can create a lot of unnecessary work.
Products need to be listed and updated. Inventory has to stay accurate. Orders need to be processed. Shipping and tracking have to make it back to the right place.
That becomes especially important in the music business, where inventory often includes used, vintage, boutique, limited-quantity, and one-of-a-kind gear.

Keeping Shopify and Reverb inventory synchronized is an important part of Shopiverb, but it's only part of the workflow.
Shopiverb helps retailers create Reverb listings, list multiple products with Bulk Listings, edit connected Reverb listings, select available Reverb Bump options, monitor activity, synchronize inventory, import Reverb orders into Shopify, process fulfillment, and send tracking information back to Reverb.
Instead of treating listings, inventory, orders, and fulfillment as separate jobs, Shopiverb brings them together into one connected workflow.
